Well here it is, an all digital work.....and it's crap. Ugh......also my knowledge of Lovecraft has always been shaky...... read a few of them long ago. Mostly I remember the theme of "missing" or "lost" knowledge, and the blatant racism...... So I did a story of similar theme from my childhood of The Dark One, a wondering cloaked figure that render folks unable to speak to each other (supposedly to keep man divided, with no single unifying language).......but the painting turned into a LAME Grim Reaper.....goddamn it.

I like your piece. Very moody and it's nice seeing you do something different. So right on to that. And your right there a certain feeling of dread and mystery with H.P.'s work. Good job.
agreed with jason- nice to see you leave your comfort zone. and it DOES convey mood and dread. lil' cthulhu would be pleased.
