The Mothman phenomenon took place in Point Pleasant W.V. around 1969. People described seeing a tall figure like a nude male with large wings and burning red eyes set far apart in it's head. Some witnesses experienced retinal burns, spooky. It's a trippy case that gets weirder and weirder with the more info you read on it. He is by far my favorite crypto. Hope everyone enjoyed the topic. Yeah, I was reading about the Mothman. It's terrifing. I know I saw that Mothman Prophecy movie, but I want to see it again.
Great depiction. If I saw this I would make a mess in my pants. I'm going to go buy a 6 foot tall bug zapper just in case he's ever in my backyard.
Point Pleasant? What the HELL? Do cryptos just appear in towns that got goofy Mayberry inspired names? Honesty.....no wonder Don Knots was such a nervous wreck.....course if I saw Jeremy in his Halloween costume I would be too.
